David and Monica come from different backgrounds. Monica was born in Brazil and raised in two different countries, and she speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English. David was born and raised in the US and came from a Mexican Heritage.

They both served in the Ministry for many years before getting married. Monica came to the US as a missionary with Youth With A Mission, and David served as a youth pastor and worship leader at his church in Texas. Monica graduated from FACEL University in Brazil with a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy, with an emphasis on School Administration. David has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and an Associate's Degree in Spanish Translation from the University of Texas at Brownsville.

When not working, they enjoy cooking different types of foods and coordinating fun activities. Some of their favorite activities are biking, traveling, and just being outdoors.

The Strand of Three Team specializes in Administrative Support, Customer Service, Online Business Management, Website Design, and Podcast Management.

Through the business, they help business owners by taking care of their business details, so they can focus on growing their business. Strand of Three team is passionate about helping people grow and make an impact through their life and business.
